After all of our hard work we got our chance to use our trebuchet. In the distance competition we threw the projectile over 23 feet, but sadly did not place in the top three. On the otherhand in the accuracy competition we beasted and place first with our projectile landing just 13 inches from the desired target.
Lambda with a jaw dropping performance
Team Lambda is starting work on the trebuchet. After all the hard work of designing and researching it finally pays off when we start building. We think that in the end all of our hard work will bring us through and we will win.

just a lone wolf in a cold dark trebuchet world
Lambda team drawing the trebuchet in inventor so we can get a good look at what the final product will look like. Drawing this was a lot of work but we believe that in the end it will help us in building the trebuchet and hopefully give us the advantage we need in order to win this competition.
Lambda team researching all that we can on trebuchets in order to gain an advantage over the other teams in the competition. In my research i learned the differences between trebuchets and catapults. I also learned how powerful these siege engines were for their time and that they were used for a long period of time.
